January 23, 2012: “Little Glory” Trailer

Hello everyone! Due to unforseen circumstances, this site has recently changed hands several times but now it has come back to me, as I just can’t bear to part with the site, or see it go neglected. I am going to be busy trying to catch up with all the news I’ve missed (thanks to Willian and Nik in particular for keeping updates going in the comments), but for now here is the trailer Little Glory.

Also, it seems as though there are plenty of chatty Hannah fans about, so would you guys be interested if I set up some kind of tagboard for the site? Let me know!

May 10, 2011: The Daily: Young & Gifted

Young starlets are becoming blander and more interchangeable, but Hannah Murray, 21, is like no other.

Murray arrived at Shoreditch House, a private club in a hip corner of East London, with a book bag slung over her shoulder and wearing zero make-up — without agent or publicist. Murray, who burst onto TV at 17 as the effervescent Cassie in the smash-hit teen drama “Skins,” is fast becoming one of Britain’s rising stars. Even so, she remains grounded.

Despite the hit series, its crazed fans and several Hollywood offers, she has spent the past three years pursuing an English lit degree at Cambridge University. (Hence the bag — she was deep in revision for a Greek tragedy paper.)

With three new films in the pipeline, Murray said she relishes dramatic challenges and favors intelligent, risky roles over the standard 21-year-old fare. She cited Michelle Williams and Cate Blanchett as inspirations, in addition to British legends Judi Dench and Vanessa Redgrave. And who knows, with her talent and smarts, Murray just might follow in their footsteps.

April 17, 2011: “The Tamed Ones” Synopsis & “Womb” Clip

The Tamed Ones has now gone into post-producion, and a brief synopsis of the film is floating about online. Still no word on Hannah’s character, but by the sounds of it she will be probably be a friend/ally of Cameron Bright’s character?

After their parents’ death, a selfish twenty-year-old drop-out tries to take care of his little sister — against all odds and everyone’s advice.

Also (and very excitingly!), Hannah’s agency Troika Talent have uploaded a ‘sizzle reel’ of her, and it includes a clip from Womb!! I am trying to download it to make clips for the site, but make sure you watch it!
